Ingredients
  • ½ cup Buttermilk
  • ½ cup Skim/regular milk
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1.5 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 lb flank or flat iron steak
  • 1 cup corn starch/flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup canola or peanut oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp canola or peanut oil for sauce
