Sriracha Honey-roasted Artichokes

An easy to make, finger-licking good vegetarian dish. Beautiful color that's sure to impress
Ingredients
  • 3 Artichokes
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F
  2. Chop 1 inch off of the top of the artichokes
  3. Combine the olive oil, sriracha and honey with a whisk
  4. Paint the tops and sides of the artichokes. Drizzle remaining sauce in the middle of the artichokes
  5. Place in the oven for 1 hour and 25 minutes. Check the artichokes in the last 10 to 15 minutes. The artichokes will look brown/black on the outside, but should be a nice green/brown on the inside once the artichoke is spread apart.
