Homemade Cherry-Blueberry Spiced Granola

Delicious and Healthy Cherry-Blueberry Spice Granola
Ingredients
  • 1½ tsps Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of Cloves
  • ¼ cup Natural Pear Juice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Dried Blueberries
  • ½ cup Dried Sweetened Cherries
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F
  2. In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine on low speed the cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, pear juice, maple syrup, and honey.
  3. Turn the stand mixer up to medium-high and quickly pour the oats into the bowl allowing the ingredients to coat the oats for no more than 10 seconds.
  4. Empty the bowl out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and place into the oven.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown, stirring the granola occasionally
